CareerWorks is a program to desinged to enhance skill sets and enable long-term employment for participants. It offers basic education and personal development opportunities to Outsourceworks employees and area residents. Opportunities include training in interpersonal communications, financial management, microcomputer applications, GED, and many others targeted at meeting the needs of our participants. CareerWorks has four focuses:

• Skill Development
Participant's long-term, flexible employment opportunities expose them to a number of manufacturing/service skills that easily translate to other work environments.
• Educational Attainment
Participants follow a strong curriculum designed to boost educational attainment and capacity.
• Soft Skill Development
CareerWorks collaborates with area employers to develop the necessary communication, time-management, and personal skills participants need to obtain and maintain gainful employment.
• Long-Term Gainful Employment
In the final stage of the certification program, participants find sustained employment in the field they have chosen. Our Training and Education Coordinator works with participants and their employers to ensure continuing employer/employee satisfaction.

With continuing development, this program promises to become one of Faithworks' crowning achievements.
