The Training & Employment Coordinator (TEC) works with employees
and area residents to create opportunities for personal growth. To do
so, the TEC works with:
Employers
regarding job placement, retention, and continuing supported,
The Department of Labor's CareerCenter and area employers to
identify human resource needs, and the skill sets these needs represent,
Participants to assess their educational attainment and from
this assessment creates a work plan to meet the requirements of educational
institutions or employers,
Lewiston Adult Education to provide skills training in reading,
writing, math, GED preparation, communications, and computer skills.
