The Training & Employment Coordinator (TEC) works with employees and area residents to create opportunities for personal growth. To do so, the TEC works with: 
• Employers regarding job placement, retention, and continuing supported,
• The Department of Labor's CareerCenter and area employers to identify human resource needs, and the skill sets these needs represent,
• Participants to assess their educational attainment and from this assessment creates a work plan to meet the requirements of educational institutions or employers,
• Lewiston Adult Education to provide skills training in reading, writing, math, GED preparation, communications, and computer skills.
